Jody Chilton, MSW, LGSW

Jody holds a master’s degree in social work and has worked as a Licensed Social Worker for 3 1⁄2 years. Jody also has experience working as a Supervisor for the White Earth Indian Child Welfare unit. She has her License Graduate Social Worker and is pursuing the Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker licensure and is under clinical supervision with Melissa Raatz, MSW, LICSW—MN Board of Social Work Approved Supervisor.

Jody has a wide range of experience in emergency care, abuse, grief, past & present Trauma, and substance abuse issues. Jody has been trained in Grief Counseling & Treatment (certified), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (certified), Motivational Interviewing, Children’s counseling, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Professional Addiction Counseling.

Jody utilizes empathy, evidence-based practices, self-care, and self-empowerment with her clients.
