Patterns in Life: Exploring the Underlying Trauma Within

Life can be hard sometimes, especially if you continue to find yourself challenged by similar issues. You might even sense that you just have bad luck in certain situations. Maybe you have trouble keeping a job, or the relationships you are in only last about two years. If you reflect on these common struggles, you may start to see a pattern.

Patterns are a way for the Universe to get our attention about something that needs to be healed. Healing comes from bringing yourself into awareness and see the truth of the trauma or pain you are experiencing. This can sound kind of scary, because most people don't want to think about something that has caused us pain. The good news is you don't have to hang on to the negative energy surrounding events.

One of the modalities that can be very effective in releasing "stuck" energy and emotion is Accelerated Resolution Therapy. This modality utilizes a variety of methods that allow a person to move any negative images, sensations and symptoms held in the body. When you can move that energy out, it no longer has a grip on you. The memories are replaced with a more positive way of thinking about the events. The connected emotion you had will be released.
